Description
This is a 2022 Holofoil Articuno from the special Pokemon GO collaboration set. It features Articuno with its Ice Symbol ability. The card is a standard Holo Rare from the Sword & Shield era. However, it is in extremely poor physical condition with a severe horizontal crease extending across the top 20% of the card and significant edge wear.
Key Features
Features the legendary bird Articuno; includes the Pokemon GO logo on the artwork border; popular with mobile game crossover fans.
Authenticity Indicators
The fonts, holographic pattern, and layout match authentic 2022 Pokemon GO prints. Confidence: High (Authentic, but severely damaged).
Flaws to Note
Catastrophic damage: Severe horizontal crease/bend through the name 'Articuno' and the artwork. Heavy whitening and edge wear on all four sides. Rounded and peeling corners. Likely surface scratches throughout. Centering is irrelevant due to structural damage.
Selling Guide
Where to Sell
This card has no resale value in this condition. It is a 'binder filler' or play-copy only. Best used as a bookmark or for casual play among children.
Selling Tips
Do not attempt to grade this card. Given the damage, it is effectively worthless to collectors. If sold, it would only be as part of a large 'bulk lot' of thousands of cards where individual condition is less scrutinized.
