Description
Up for consideration is a 1987 Fleer Award Winner insert card featuring pitcher John Candelaria of the California Angels. The card showcases a vibrant yellow banner border at the top and bottom with the Fleer Award Winner designation, commemorating his 1986 Comeback Player of the Year honor. The front features a sharp, action-oriented image of Candelaria on the field in his Angels uniform. The bottom of the card is accented by red and blue stripes characteristic of the 1987 Fleer design language.
Key Features
Part of the 1987 Fleer Award Winner insert set, highlighting major award winners from the 1986 Major League Baseball season. Features John Candelaria during his stint with the California Angels.
Authenticity Indicators
High confidence in authenticity. Card stock, printing dot patterns, and color saturation match authentic 1987 Fleer production standards. Not a heavily counterfeited card due to low secondary market value.
Flaws to Note
Slight centering variance with a heavier left-to-right border on the front. Minor corner softening consistent with handling, though no creases or major surface scratches are immediately apparent.

Selling Tips
Due to low raw and graded values, it is not economically viable to submit this card for professional grading. Best sold raw individually for a couple of dollars or grouped into a larger 1987 Fleer insert lot.
