Description
A vintage basketball card featuring Hall of Famer Hakeem Olajuwon during his early career with the Houston Rockets. The card features a classic black border with a thin gold inner frame, bold text reading ROOKIE CARD at the top, and Topps Future Playoff MVP header. The player name HAKEEM OLAJUWON is printed at the bottom in yellow lettering. Please note this appears to be a commemorative or fantasy reprint issue rather than an original 1984-85 Topps basketball card, as Topps did not produce standard NBA sets during that specific year.
Key Features
Features NBA Hall of Famer Hakeem The Dream Olajuwon, prominent Rookie Card designation at the top, and a classic retro 1980s basketball design layout.
Authenticity Indicators
High confidence that this is a modern novelty, commemorative issue, or custom reprint rather than an authentic vintage 1984-85 Topps card, primarily because Topps did not release a standard NBA basketball set in 1984-85 (Star Co. and Fleer later produced major sets, while Topps returned in 1980-81 and then resumed in 1992-93).
Flaws to Note
Slight right-heavy centering on the front border. Minor surface glare from top loader prevents full surface inspection.

Selling Tips
Be completely transparent in the listing title and description that this is a commemorative or fantasy/custom card to avoid buyer disputes and returns. Sell raw inside the top loader using a secure PWE (Plain White Envelope) with tracking or a bubble mailer.
