This version is the desirable Gold Border parallel, featuring a distinctive reflective gold perimeter framing the action photography with gold foil lettering for the player's name and team.
Key Features

Authenticity Indicators
Standard Topps card stock and printing techniques of the late 90s, gold foil stamping, correct font types and team logos. Confidence: High. Not a heavily counterfeited card.
Flaws to Note
Possible slight softening at the corners or edge chipping common with 1997 Topps gold border cards, though overall surface gloss appears well-maintained based on visual inspection.

Selling Tips
Due to low raw value, it is not economically viable to send this card in for professional grading. Best sold raw either individually for a dedicated Tino Martinez collector or combined in a 1990s Topps Gold parallel set lot.
